Barber Development is a professional real estate development and property management company serving the Newark and Jersey City areas of New Jersey since 2011. We buy, develop and lease our own properties, assuring our tenant’s well-maintained rentals. We renovate our properties keeping them modern and up-to-date.

We combine technology to streamline the rental process. Residents can sign up for monthly email rent payment reminders, can schedule, pay and track rent payments securely online and can even submit maintenance requests.
